Fred is an international tax partner with Citrin Cooperman’s National Tax Office. Located in the Greater Boston area, Fred has 25 years of professional experience working with multinational enterprises, venture capital and private equity funds, domestic and foreign commercial enterprises, and their respective stakeholders.

Fred works closely with his clients to help them understand and navigate the complexities of U.S. international taxation, global operational and entity structuring, merger and acquisition activity, and other considerations arising in the context of cross-border business and investment. Fred’s clients span the full life-cycle of a business, including start-up ventures, mature closely-held businesses, and large private and public multinational enterprises. His industries of focus include distribution, manufacturing, technology, software/ SAAS/SAAP, life sciences, medical device, professional services, real estate, venture capital, and private equity.
