Rosemary is a managing director in Citrin Cooperman's Business Process Outsourcing Practice, specializing in healthcare advisory solutions. She is based out of the Woodmere, OH office. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, she brings a deep understanding of Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement. Rosemary specializes in providing tailored consulting services to Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF’s), Home and Community Based (HCBS) Medicaid Waiver, and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) providers throughout Ohio.

As a trusted professional to both not-for-profit and privately held healthcare entities, Rosemary is dedicated to helping her clients realize their financial goals by providing unparalleled service, empowering them to thrive amidst today’s rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. She is a frequent presenter at conferences, sharing her expertise on ICF reimbursement changes and strategic positioning.

Active within Ohio’s healthcare community, Rosemary serves on the Ohio Health Care Association’s Reimbursement Committee and is a member of the Ohio Provider Resource Association. Notably, she played a pivotal role in collaborating with the State of Ohio’s Department of Developmental Disabilities and other provider associations on the development of Ohio’s new Medicaid reimbursement system for ICFs.
