Oren Bossin is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Financial Services Practice. With more than 15 years of experience, Oren provides audit, review, and consulting services for his clients. As a member of the firm’s Financial Services and Technology Practices, his clients primarily include broker dealers, hedge funds, private equity firms, and digital media and marketing companies.

Well versed in complex accounting and financial statement matters, Oren advises his clients on accounting best practices, accounting pronouncement implementations, and regulatory filing reviews for broker dealers. His clients regularly consult him on day-to-day matters relating to regulatory findings and exam results, accounting treatment, internal client matters, and advisement on building the appropriate team of advisors for each stage of a company’s growth.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman in 2008, Oren worked for KPMG, where he serviced public and private companies.
