Gary strives to deliver timely, effective, and creative tax solutions to all his clients. He believes the role of a tax advisor is to be an advocate for his clients, pursuing that advocacy with resolve, dedication, and professional skill. Since the beginning of his career, Gary’s primary focus has been in the tax area. He works closely with high-net-worth individuals and businesses to assist them with tax return compliance, planning, and strategy. Gary has extensive experience in tax controversy resolution and has successfully represented clients in matters involving both the IRS and State taxing authorities.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Gary was a partner at Goren Marcus Masino & Marsh, a local CPA firm in Los Angeles, CA, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2021. He started his career in 1982 with the international accounting firm of Peat, Marwick & Mitchell & Company (now KPMG).
