Fallon is an experienced and results-driven professional with over 18 years of success in designing, building, and evaluating multinational data privacy, ethics, security, legal, compliance and risk management programs across a variety of industries and sectors.

Fallon has an extensive background in global privacy compliance and ethics. She has a notable track record in establishing cross-functional accountability for risk-based programs, seamlessly integrating controls into business operations, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks to protect organizations from reputational and financial harm. Her knowledge has contributed to successful data risk and privacy (DR&P) initiatives such as designing and implementing holistic, risk-based privacy and regulatory change management programs across international markets, delivering expert risk assessment and mitigation advice, and managing the entire sales and delivery lifecycle of DR&P client engagements.

Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Fallon was a data risk & privacy director at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
