Brian is a director at Citrin Cooperman and is based out of the firm’s Owings Mills, MD office. He has more than 20 years of tax consulting and compliance experience and has managed the preparation of tax provisions (ASC 740) for companies of all sizes, including publicly held corporations, across a variety of industries, such as professional services, manufacturing, and technology. He has overseen the compliance process for all types of entities, including individuals, partnerships, and multinational corporations.
Previously, Brian was a principal in the Business Income Tax Practice at Clearview Group, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2024.
