With over 35 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant, Brenda brings a wealth of expertise and insight to her role. She spent 15 years as the principal of her own firm, providing a range of services to help businesses and individuals thrive. Brenda is dedicated to delivering forward-thinking, honest business assessments while guiding her clients in achieving their strategic goals. She specializes in advising small to mid-sized businesses and individuals, with expertise across a wide range of industries, including: healthcare, professional services, manufacturing, retail, restaurants, entertainment, technology, construction, and agribusiness.

In her work with diverse clients, Brenda’s areas of expertise include tax planning, entity structure analysis and planning, resolving issues with taxing authorities, operational reviews, cash flow forecasting and budgeting, developing and analyzing key performance indicators, and providing virtual CFO services.
