Pradeep provides audit and financial reporting for SEC registered and privately held entities and business consulting. He is also well schooled in the area of revenue recognition due to his experience with numerous technology companies. His clients include companies in the technology, manufacturing and distribution, retail, and telecommunications industries.

He has worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers India as a manager in the assurance and business advisory services, and has over 20 years of experience in the audit and accounting field both in the US and India. In addition to his public accounting experience, he has worked with GE India in their international accounting services division helping various GE businesses worldwide in streamlining and transitioning their accounting and financial reporting processes.
