Experience
Thaddeus (Todj) Gozdeck is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Transaction Advisory Services practice based out of the Braintree office. Todj is an experienced professional with over 25 years of experience in financial and advisory services with experience assisting financial sponsors and strategic buyers and sellers in executing complex cross-border merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions.
Todj has led due diligence assignments (on both the buy-side and sell-side) involving target companies across the Americas, Asia, and EMEA including leveraged buyouts, growth acquisitions, strategic mergers, and complex carve-out transactions. He has performed seller services for multiple clients’ sale of divisions, subsidiaries, and entire entities.
Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Todj served as a partner in Marcum LLP’s Transaction Advisory Services Group and also worked in similar roles at Grant Thornton LLP and Deloitte

Todj is a co-founder and board member for Sudbury for Wounded Warriors, Inc., an organization that raises awareness and money for American service men and women returning home from war with devastating injuries such as loss of limb, brain trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Reflex (PTSR) and many other serious injuries. He also served as the Chairman of the Town of Sudbury Parks and Recreation Commission, a member of his church’s Nominating Committee and President of Lincoln Sudbury Youth Football and Cheer.
Outside the Office
When not at work, Todj likes to relax on the beach, play golf, and spend time with his Sudbury family watching his boys play college lacrosse and football. Todj is a proud graduate of UConn. Go Huskies!
