Scott is a partner leading the M&A Integration function at Citrin Cooperman. In this role, Scott is responsible for enabling the inorganic growth strategy by integrating both traditional CPA/accounting firms and advisory/consulting firms into Citrin Cooperman.
Scott brings significant expertise in M&A Integration and process improvement to Citrin Cooperman, leveraging over a decade of experience in streamlining and operating businesses and transactions in the government and private sectors.
Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Scott spent over 12 years as an Army Officer leading organizations at home and abroad, leaving the Army at the rank of Major. In the aerospace sector, Scott managed an $80M P&L servicing customers across the globe and was key in growing global production sites and enhancing output capabilities for his value stream. Scott then transitioned to the healthcare industry, focusing on inorganic growth strategy and execution where he oversaw multiple integrations, corporate restructures, and corporate carve-outs of both public and private firms for a Fortune 4 company.
