Richard DeRienzo is a senior advisor at Citrin Cooperman Advisors LLC. Rich has more than 40 years of experience, with previous roles including managing partner at LGC+D, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2016, and a partner at Laventhol & Horwath. He began his career in New York City with M.R. Weiser & Co.

Rich assists in managing the firm's advisory practices which includes distinct offerings such as digital transformation, transaction advisory, valuation, litigation and dispute advisory, outsourced technology and CFO services, risk advisory, cybersecurity, and strategy and business transformation services, and more. Rich works closely with team leaders across all advisory and consulting practices to identify and implement practical and actionable solutions to address clients’ current and future business needs.

In addition, over the course of his career, Rich has developed an extensive array of specialties and expertise, including general business consulting, litigation and dispute resolution support, structuring expansions and financing packages, acquisitions, dispositions and due diligence for companies and business units. He also has deep experience in creating business models to project future operating activities of existing and start-up operations, evaluating operational and structural changes to operating business units to enhance operating activity, and cash flow and strategic business planning.
