Miranda is a director in Citrin Cooperman's Business Process Outsourcing Practice, specializing in healthcare advisory solutions. She is based out of the Woodmere, OH office. Miranda is an experienced professional with over 10 years in healthcare consulting and accounting outsourcing.

Miranda’s areas of expertise include cost reporting and reimbursement consulting for healthcare entities, outsourced accounting functions, and agreed upon procedures engagements with hospitals and banks. She has experience with the Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement systems for skilled nursing facilities, ICFs/IID, home health agencies, and hospices. She also has significant experience in assisting clients with monthly and quarterly accounting tasks as well as any related consulting items that occur during this process. In addition, she has worked on-site with clients on multiple long-term interim staffing engagements. She has led teams assisting various banks with Borrowing Base review services, which culminated in a comprehensive report detailing various statistics about the borrower. Finally, she has experience with the review of the execution of the Ohio HCAP program and associated processes relating to uncompensated care provided by local hospitals.
