Mark Parisi is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Forensic and Litigation Advisory Services Practice based out of the Coral Gables office. Mark is an experienced professional with over 12 years in providing expert witness testimony, bankruptcy, forensic investigation services, and litigation support.

Mark is a highly skilled forensic accountant, who brings a unique combination of technical expertise and problem-solving skills. With a background in data analytics, Mark has a proven ability to tackle complex big data problems and find meaningful insights. Mark has expertise in Excel, Python, Power Query, and Power Pivot which allows him to turn raw data into actionable information that can drive business decisions. He has provided expert witness, litigation support, financial modeling, data analytics, and forensic investigation services for hundreds of civil and criminal cases, and contributed to the early resolution of complex cases in collaboration with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), United States Attorneys’ Offices, Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Prior to his role at Citrin Cooperman, Mark was a Principal in forensic accounting at KapilaMukamal, LLP.
