Maria Ng-Huang is a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles, CA office with over 20 years of experience in public accounting, including 11 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where she provided tax services to privately-held companies and companies in real estate industry. She strives to listen to her clients’ needs and delivers unique and creative tax solutions best-suited for her clients.

Maria has extensive experience providing tax consulting and compliance services to clients in wide range of industries including real estate, restaurants, retail, and entertainment. She has significant experience working with high-net-worth individual owners or investors and their businesses on providing the best integrated tax planning, strategy, and solution for them. At GMMM, Maria focuses on tax consulting and compliance services for real estate companies, flow-through entities in various industries and high net worth individuals.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Maria was a tax director at Goren Marcus Masino & Marsh, a local CPA firm in Los Angeles, CA, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2021.
