Experience

Julie is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s New York City office. She manages the Accounts Receivable and Collections team, as well as all accounting practices in relation to revenue recognition, accounts receivable, and WIP.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Julie worked for Engine Group for over 20 years, with her most recent position as their Vice President and Controller. Her experience in accounting and corporate finance focuses on clients within the market research, digital ad technology, and media and agency sectors. Julie was responsible for integrating acquisitions from an accounting perspective, deploying a common ERP across the portfolio companies, implementing various corporate programs such as T&E and company credit cards, and establishing and enforcing accounting policies and procedures. She managed all aspects of daily accounting operations, including general ledger, financial systems, AR, AP, treasury, and payroll. She was also heavily involved in strategic due diligence work.
