Kris Shaw is a managing director in the Digital Services Practice based out of the Carlsbad, CA office. Kris has more than 25 years experience contributing to and leading information technology enterprise solution programs and strategy including enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), business intelligence, website analytics, end-user operations, and hardware.

Kris is a highly technical information technology (IT) leader with a wide variety of hands-on experience in several industries including software development, high tech, wellness tech, and manufacturing. She has extensive experience in leading development and operations teams with an exceptional track record of delivering projects, solving problems, implementing technologies, and improving operations.

Previously, Kris was the director of IT at Hunter Industries, leading the ERP and CRM development teams as well as global end-user support and project management office (PMO) teams.
