Experience
Eric Casazza is the Office Managing Partner for the firm's Carlsbad office and Citrin Cooperman's Managing Partner for the Digital Services Practice. Eric has more than 27 years of experience leading information technology organizations and enterprise solution programs and strategy including ERP, CRM, Cloud Productivity, Integration and Business Analytics.
Mr. Casazza joined Citrin Cooperman through the acquisition of FMT Consultants, a leading integrated systems provider for Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, and Microsoft in June of 2023. Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Eric was the CEO of FMT Consultants for 12 years, significantly growing the organization to one of the largest and most reputable system integrators focused on middle market organizations, especially in manufacturing and distribution and health and life sciences. In addition to his IT experience, Eric is a recognized expert in staffing, business process optimization, project and program management, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining FMT, Mr. Casazza was the Vice President of Program Management and Integration for AMN Healthcare, the nation’s largest healthcare staffing and workforce solutions company. Over his eleven years at AMN Healthcare, Mr. Casazza held a variety of leadership positions, including President of Allied Healthcare Staffing, Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions, Sr. Controller, and Sr. Director of Business Systems.
Prior to AMN Healthcare, Eric was a Manager with Deloitte Consulting, leading large financial system engagements.

- Chairman for Father Joe’s Villages. Father Joe’s is the largest provider of homeless services in San Diego County.
- IT Advisory Board Member, Sharp Healthcare. Sharp Healthcare is one of the largest ands most innovative health systems in San Diego County.
- Member, Century Club of San Diego. The Century Club is responsible for the annual Farmer’s Insurance Open PGA tournament and supports six charities in San Diego focused on underserved youth.
Outside the Office
Eric enjoys playing golf, pickleball, cycling, great food, and traveling with family and friends.
