Donnie Meloy is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s DC Metro office. Donnie has over 15 years of experience in a managerial role in both the public and private accounting sectors. He specializes in providing audit, consulting, and accounting services to government contractors, non-profit entities, and employee benefit plans.

Donnie’s experience is rooted in working with small to medium-sized private entities working on government contracts. Donald possesses a working knowledge of federal regulations, including Small Business Administration (SBA), 8(a) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), cost principles, and accounting policies for federal government contractors.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Donnie worked at a regional public accounting firm in Washington DC, in addition to working in a directing role for a national non-profit enterprise. He is knowledgeable of the Internal Revenue Code and Department of Labor regulations declared for employee benefit plans. Donald has provided consultation with various issues such as self-correction submissions with the Internal Revenue Service.
