Denise Koch is a principal in Citrin Cooperman’s New York City office. With more than 20 years of experience in accounting, she provides consulting and tax services to a variety of industries, including restaurant and staffing clients. She also supervises staff on reviews, compilations, and tax returns.

Denise works with closely held private businesses and owners on corporate and individual returns, sales tax audits, income tax audits, consulting, and business and tax planning. She has represented clients before various state taxing authorities.
