David Sanborn is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Government Contracting Specialty Advisory Services Practice, based out of the New York Office. He has 15 years of Price-to-Win (PTW), Competitive Intelligence (CI), and pricing experience. David has experience working with all major branches of the military (Army, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Marine Corps, COCOMs), major Intel agencies (NGA, NRO, NSA, CIA, DIA, ODNI), and most Federal/Civilian Departments and Agencies (NASA, State, DHS, Treasury, Transportation, Justice, HHS, VA, Education). While his specialty is in Government IT, his vast experience extends to training, logistics, mission programs, business process management, and financial operations.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, David spent over a decade at General Dynamics in roles of increasing responsibility, where he provided pricing support for multi-billion-dollar pursuits, led CI/PTW efforts, contributed as a Capture Manager, and served as the budget lead for the rightsizing and restructuring of a foreign aerospace business unit. His experience also includes leading CI/PTW and pricing efforts as a Senior Manager at USfalcon and working as a finance and strategy consultant.
