Experience

Dan is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Audit and Attest Practice based out of the Woodmere, OH office. Dan has nearly 20 years of experience in public accounting.

Dan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and provides a wide variety of auditing, accounting, and consulting services to private clients in several industries. Dan’s clients are primarily skilled nursing facilities, nonprofit organizations, manufacturers and distributors, multifamily housing (including LIHTC projects), and real estate companies. Dan also has significant experience auditing employee benefit plans and performing governmental audits, including HUD audits and audits under Uniform Grant Guidance.

Previously, Dan was a principal at HW&Co., which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2025.

Dan is a member of the Board of Trustees of HELP Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit organization that focuses on empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Outside the Office

Dan enjoys spending time with his family and watching his children participate in their many activities. Dan also spends his additional free time coaching youth football and wrestling.
