Bill is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Business Process Outsourcing Practice, primarily specializing in healthcare. He is based out of the Woodmere, OH office.

With over 10 years of professional experience, Bill’s expertise includes cost reporting and reimbursement consulting for healthcare entities. He is well-versed in the Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement systems for skilled nursing facilities, ICFs/IID, and home health agencies. He has experience with the Ohio Hospital Care Assurance Program (HCAP) testing and associated processes relating to uncompensated care provided by local hospitals. Additionally, he is familiar with the preparation and execution of Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA) engagements, including sample selections for Minimum Data Set (MDS) review by using RAT-STATS statistical software, and the report preparation and presentation required for the independent review organization (IRO).

Bill specializes in the review, supervision, and preparation of not-for--profit Form 990 tax returns for many tax-exempt clients. He assists in developing the firm’s standardized templates, monitoring various databases, developing ad-hoc reports, and improving value-added analytics and other statistical metrics to assist clients with various benchmarking analyses.
