Andy Tarquinio is a tax partner with over 25 years of experience in public accounting. Andy specializes in advising domestic and international privately-owned businesses and their owners, as well as publicly-held and investor-owned businesses with multi-state and multi-national operations.

Andy provides tax expertise in various industries including real estate, manufacturing, distribution, retail, technology, service, and solar. He  advises companies and their owners on how to structure business transactions for maximum tax savings by analyzing potential transactions from a business, legal, accounting, and tax perspective thereby providing his clients with a more comprehensive view from which to make good business decisions.

Andy has diverse tax and business skill sets which include C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, individual, estates, and trusts.  Andy’s extensive experience includes domestic and international strategic tax planning, tax compliance, and tax provision services across a diverse group of industries.  His private client practice includes assistance with structuring and negotiating complex business transactions and integrates estate, gift, and business succession planning, balancing the needs of multiple generations as well as the interests of managerial and non-managerial partners and shareholders.

In addition, Andy is an active member of the firm’s Construction and Real Estate Practice committees.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Andy was a senior tax partner and tax practice leader with a Top 5 public accounting firm.
