William H. Zeboris is a private business services partner with more than 30 years of experience dealing with the issues facing high-net worth family groups and their closely held businesses. He also provides financial statement and tax compliance services. His clients include large regional real estate groups, national distribution companies, financial services companies, and personal service companies, as well as multi-generational high-net worth families and their related trusts, estates, and private foundations.
Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Bill worked for various large regional and national accounting firms.
Bill’s expertise includes crafting solutions for highly complex accounting and tax issues while maintaining harmony among all interested parties. He is highly skilled in addressing the dynamics and inter-workings of an entity’s management group – which often run parallel to the issues faced by highly successful families – and brings a breadth of expertise in managing expectations, quantifying results, and adjusting various financial plans to help clients achieve their long-term goals.
Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). He is a past President of the NYSSCPA’s Westchester Chapter, and has previously been a member of the Chapter’s Professional Outreach Committee and Co-Chair of its Audit & Accounting Committee. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Peekskill Lapolla Little League.
