Thomas Grohs is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Valuation and Forensic Services Group. He has over nine years of experience providing valuation consulting services for a variety of purposes, including litigation support, corporate planning, tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and financial reporting.
He provides valuation consulting services to individuals and companies in a wide range of industries, including financial services, construction, healthcare, staffing, entertainment, funeral home, restaurant, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution companies.
Thomas is a member of the CFA Institute, American Society of Appraisers (ASA), and the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA).

Thomas earned a B.S. in Finance from The College of New Jersey. He also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute.
