Terence J. Halloran, a partner, has more than 35 years of extensive expertise reviewing and supervising all aspects of tax, audit, and accounting engagements for a diversified array of industries, including construction, real estate, wholesaling, importing, manufacturing, and service businesses. He is exceptionally proficient in providing clients with quality audits and financial statements, as well as cutting-edge tax planning strategies such as tax-free exchanges and choice of entity.
Terence has a specialized focus in providing forensic accounting services for construction-related companies and projects. He is highly accomplished in navigating complex issues such as revenue recognition including percentage of completion or other acceptable methods, alternative tax, and cost allocation. He also provides tax compliance and tax planning services for high net worth individuals, guiding clients through taxation and planning intricacies with calculated and comprehensive strategies.
