Stephen is a partner in the firm's Audit Practice. Stephen specializes in working with clients in the sectors of franchising, restaurant and hospitality, staffing, retail, manufacturing and distribution to provide them with assurance and advisory services. His clients rely on him to consult in the areas of financial reporting, corporate structuring, domestic and international strategic planning, tax strategies, merger and acquisition due diligence and consulting, and profitability analysis.
As a senior member of the firm’s Franchising Practice, he has had the opportunity to work with and advise various franchisors of different sizes on a number of diverse matters. One of Stephen's primary responsibilities is managing the audit of one of the largest QSR franchisors in the world.

Stephen was a roundtable facilitator at the past International Franchise Association annual Convention.
Stephen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), and an active member of the IFA’s Franchise Relations Committee which is instrumental in addressing and resolving concerns of both franchisors and franchisees.
Education & Licenses
Stephen graduated from Hofstra University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration for Accounting. Stephen is a licensed Certified Franchise Executive, through the International Franchising Association (IFA).
