Stanley Goldis, CPA
Stanley A. Goldis, a tax partner, has more than 40 years of experience providing tax and business consulting and financial negotiation services to clients in a wide range of fields, including health care, law, and other service businesses.
Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Stanley was the managing partner at a regional accounting firm.
Stanley works closely with his clients to maximize the value of their agreements with third parties through valuation and negotiation services. His range of expertise includes bank and IRS negotiations, structuring financing, developing pricing agreements, and negotiating acquisitions and sales.
For estate and succession planning, Stanley develops wealth preservation and growth strategies, helping clients to make critical decisions. His services also extend to the areas of representation and tax examination, as well as involvement with transfer pricing agreements. In addition, he has deep expertise in educational improvement tax credits in the state of Pennsylvania and is considered a local expert in this field.

Stanley has been engaged to speak about tax credits and other topics at local seminars and conferences. He has also served as a media resource for MedCITY News, The Legal Intelligencer, and other publications.
Stanley is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). He served as Treasurer of the Bala Cynwyd Library for 10 years. He has been a board member and officer for various not-for-profit organizations, including two private day schools and his synagogue. He was also actively involved in the Foundation for Jewish Day Schools of Greater Philadelphia. In addition, he supports various organizations through charitable bike rides.

Stanley earned his B.S. in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Pennsylvania.
