Shashi Verma is a director with more than 18 years of experience. He specializes in investment analysis, real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business formation and liquidation, tax planning for high net worth individuals and closely held businesses. He also represents clients with tax controversy issues.
Previously, Shashi was a senior manager at KMR, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2011.
Shashi pairs his wealth of academic and business experience to help his clients analyze both their short and long-term objectives and ultimately, obtain their goals.
Shashi is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the National Society of Tax Professionals (NSTP), national honorary accounting fraternity Beta Alpha Psi (BAP), and international honor society Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS).

Shashi earned an MBA in Finance and Accounting and an MS in Taxation from Bernard M. Baruch College. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
