Robert Siegel, CPA
Rob Siegel is a tax partner with more than 25 years of public accounting experience. He provides tax planning and advisory services to a diverse group of public and private clients, including professional services firms such as investment management companies, market research companies, and law firms. He also works within the financial services, manufacturing, real estate, technology, construction, and retail industries. Rob also has extensive experience in the area of tax provisions and provides outsourcing services to various companies.
Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman in 2014, Rob was a tax principal in Rothstein Kass’ Commercial Services Group.
Rob’s experience extends to partnership taxation, including tiered structures, disregarded entities, S-Corporations, and C-Corporations. He holds multi-state tax expertise with a specific focus on New Jersey. He is well-versed in assisting his clients in all phases of mergers and acquisitions as well as the tax aspects of buying and selling a business. He also provides tax planning for trusts, family offices, and high net worth individuals.
Rob is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA) and its State Tax Resource Group.
Education & Licenses
Rob earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware and an M.S. in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey.
