Renee Aloisio is a principal in Citrin Cooperman’s Rhode Island office. She has broad expertise in marketing, human resources, negotiation and conflict resolution, office and workflow management, and leadership development. Her keen sense for identifying talent and her balanced approach to communications, negotiations, and critical conversations have been integral to the company’s growth and success.
Previously, Renee was the Chief Operating Officer and a partner at LGC+D, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2016. Renee first joined LGC+D as a tax associate before she moved into the challenging and important role of managing the firm’s administrative functions and directing internal operations. She was also a founding member of the firm’s ‘Women Count’ Initiative, and led the firm’s ‘Women in Business’ niche, where she brought her problem solving and business consulting skills to all the women she interacted with.

In 2016, Providence Business News’ (PBN) awarded Renee the Inaugural C-Suite Award for COO of a private company and in 2011, PBN also recognized her as Woman to Watch in the field of Professional Services.
Renee took an active role in professional organizations including the New England Chapter of the CPA Firm Management Association (CPAFMA), HLB Human Resources, and AICPA Human Capital. She currently serves on the American Heart Association’s Go-Red Executive Leadership Team and represents the firm's Providence office sponsorship of Circle of Red. She currently serves on the advisory board of Advancing Women’s Excellence (AWE), and also serves as co-delegate for Vision 2020 RI, a national organization that focuses on women’s economic and social equality and works with affiliated organizations to advance the issues most important to women.

Renee earned a B.S. in Accounting from Rhode Island College where she was recognized in 2009 as an Alumni Award Honor Roll inductee.
