Renee Aloisio


Renee is a principal in Citrin Cooperman’s Rhode Island office.  Renee serves as practice leader of Office of the CFO (OOTC), which offers integrated CFO advisory and outsourced services ranging from mid-market to public companies in a variety of industries.
Renee served as COO and partner of LGC+D, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2016. During her time at LGC+D she developed an expertise in company operations expanding from strategic planning to human capital management, marketing, branding, workflow management and new service development, design and implementation. Prior to transitioning into operations, Renee was a tax specialist, providing business and personal tax services and planning to mid-market, family-owned businesses. She was a founding member of LGC+D’s “Women Count”, and led the firm’s “Women in Business” niche, where she brought her problem solving and business consulting skills to women in the business community.

In 2014, she launched LeveragedSolutions, which was named Fastest Growing Innovative Company, in Financial Services, by PBN in 2015.    

Renee's professional experience also enables her to connect clients to resources that contribute to their business objectives and growth. 

Renee earned a B.S. in Accounting from Rhode Island College
Honors & Awards 
Renee is the recipient of the 2015 C-Suite Award for COO of a Private Company and the 2011 Women to Watch in Professional Service, both awarded by Providence Business News.  She was inducted into Rhode Island College’s Alumni Award Honor Roll in 2009.
Renee currently serves on the American Heart Association’s Board of Southeastern New England. She is a member of the Go-Red for Women’s executive leadership team and represents the firm’s sponsorship of Circle of Red. She currently serves on the advisory board of Advancing Women’s Excellence (AWE), and as a co-delegate for Vision 2020 RI, a national organization funded by Drexel University, which focuses on women’s economic and social equality and works with affiliated organizations to advance the issues most important to women. She is a founding member of ROI – RI a public/private partnership that will be engaging employers throughout Rhode Island to commit to advancing women’s workplace issues. Renee is also a member of WBL: Women Leading Health Care and the National Organization of Italian American Women (NOIAW).
Presentations & Publications 
Renee speaks frequently on the topic of the Power of the Purse, and the importance of “Fiscal Fitness” to women who own and operate businesses and women leaders in the Rhode Island community.
