Paula A. Iacovissi, CPA, joined Citrin Cooperman in August 2011 as an audit partner in the firm’s New York City office.
Her clients range from rapidly-growing entities to long-established organizations including those in construction, real estate development, investment, syndication and management industries. Paula provides her clients with attentive service, while functioning as a sounding board of ideas and solutions to meet their needs.
Throughout her 30-year career, Paula has been a trusted advisor, assisting clients in securing financing, mergers and acquisitions, business succession, and tax planning. She has been involved with a wide range of complex transactions including restructurings and sophisticated tax-free exchanges. Paula often assists her real estate clients with the tax and business aspects of changes in ownership, a common issue in the real estate industry.
Paula is a member of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York Society of CPAs. She received her bachelor’s degree, Cum Laude, from Queens College of the City University of New York.
