Pasqualino “Pat” Spagnoli, CPA
Pasqualino Spagnoli, a tax partner, has more than 25 years of experience providing a comprehensive range of tax, accounting, and business advisory services. His clients include high net worth individuals as well as family-owned and closely-held businesses across a diverse range of industries, including architects, engineers, construction, real estate, food and beverage, retail, wholesale distribution, and law firms.
Previously, Pat was a partner at Schwartz & Hofflich, LLP, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2010.
Pat takes a hands-on approach to helping his clients reach their financial and business goals. His areas of expertise include developing strategies for entity structuring, buy-sell agreements, succession planning, and acquisitions, as well as identifying ways to minimize their tax burdens.
Pat also collaborates with his clients’ other advisors to guide them in the areas of retirement plans, employee benefits, valuations, and estate and gift tax planning. He maintains a network of legal, banking, pension, employee benefits and insurance relationships to be able to bring resources to his clients as needed.

Pat has published articles, including “Creating a Financial Roadmap for your Business,” for several publications, including the Westchester County Business Journal and the Fairfield County Business Journal.
Pat is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CTCPA), and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
Education & Licenses
Pat earned his B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from the State University of New York at Brockport. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the States of Connecticut and New York.
