Neil Bayer, CPA
Neil Bayer is a tax director with more than 45 years of experience in public accounting. He provides a broad range of tax advisory, accounting, and general business services to closely held companies and high net worth individuals. His clients span a variety of industries and include medical practices, retailers, architects, designers, real estate professionals, law firms, and other professional services.
Neil was a partner at the accounting firm Schwartz & Hofflich, LLP, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2010.
Neil works closely with family businesses to transition ownership and wealth using the most tax-efficient strategies. His areas of expertise include entity structuring, acquisitions, buy-sell agreements, and succession planning. To help clients grow and preserve their wealth, Neil also develops strategies for estate planning and administration, long-term tax planning, and personal financial planning.

Neil earned his B.A. in Economics from Miami University in Ohio and his M.B.A. in Accounting from Columbia University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the States of Connecticut and New York.
