Mark Henry is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Braintree, Massachusetts office with over 11 years of experience in public accounting. He has significant experience providing audit, financial reporting, and business consulting services to clients in various industries, including but not limited to: manufacturing and distribution, hospitality, transportation, and professional services.
Previously, Mark was an audit director at KAF, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2016.
Mark's financial and accounting experience is focused on helping his current clients, as well as, strategic buyers evaluate and execute successful transactions both on the buy and sell side. He specializes in assisting with quality of earnings, cash flow projections, integrity of financial information, and potential risk management issues. His services include performing comprehensive financial due diligence, advising on accounting issues, post transaction integration services, negotiation support, acquisition strategy formulation, and supporting his client’s financial modeling.
Mark is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
