Margaret Fredrickson is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Massachusetts office and has over thirty-five years of public accounting experience in the construction, distribution and professional services industries. Over the past twenty-five years she has assisted her clients as a trusted adviser, focusing on the accounting and auditing areas of the practice. Margaret offers a gentle and understanding approach and provides the balanced guidance necessary to navigate both the emotional and business aspects of closely held companies. Clients respond differently to changes in life- be it financial, ownership, matrimonial, or the need for wealth preservation. Each situation requires a reliable collaborator to assist along the way.
Margaret was a founding partner at KAF, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2016.
Margaret lives in the Greater Boston area and has two adult sons. She actively donates time and support to The Italian Home for Children, MSPCA–Angell, and The Rescue and Adoption of Pembroke Welsh Corgi. In her free time she enjoys cooking, fitness, walking, swimming, and providing tutoring support to entry level accounting students.
Margaret has her FINRA Series 6 and 66 registrations through her affiliation as an associate of Lincoln Investment. She was formerly on the Board of Directors for the South Shore Chamber of Commerce. Margaret is a Trustee on the South Shore Economic Development Corporation and is a Director and Board Member of Holbrook Cooperative Bank. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Margaret graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley College.
