Keith Rennard is a partner with over 10 years of experience providing audit, tax, and consulting services to his clients. He works with companies in a variety of industries but his primary focus is in the real estate industry, serving private equity real estate firms and owners. He also spends significant time serving clients in the construction and shipping industries.
Keith has experience in many facets of the real estate and construction industries. He has advised his real estate clients on deal structuring, real estate investment trust (“REIT”) compliance, and tax planning including cost segregations, 1031 exchanges, carried interest projections, and loan refinancing. He also spends time consulting with his construction clients on cash flow projections, job profitability analyses, and overall tax planning.
Overall, Keith takes a proactive approach with all his clients, focusing on strategic planning and preparation. He relies on his combination of attention to detail and prioritizing of risk to efficiently solve issues for clients. His strong work ethic and emphasis on loyalty provides clients with a relentless focus on providing superior client service and the ability to quickly and effectively resolve issues at hand.
Keith is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is also an actively involved in the NYC Surety Association and NYC Construction Financial Management Association. In addition, he serves as a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Construction Committees.

Keith has recently moderated a panel at Real Estate Weekly’s Young Leaders Forum leading a discussion on the state of debt, equity, and crowdfunding in the current real estate market.
