Gerald Iadeluca Jr. is a tax director in Citrin Cooperman’s Rhode Island office with over 30 years of public accounting experience. His professional focus is on manufacturing, distribution, investment partnerships, nursing homes, complex partnerships, S corporations, and multi-state tax reporting. He has a particular expertise in real estate entities of all kinds, including Hospitality, and low income housing tax credit deals.
Previously, Gerry was a senior tax manager at LGC+D, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2016.

Gerry earned a B.S. in Accounting from Providence College and an M.S. in Taxation from Bryant University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Rhode Island.
