Garth Culham is a director with more than 18 years of experience in public accounting. He specializes in a variety of areas including estate, trust, and gift taxation and planning, preparation of federal and state estate tax returns, fiduciary returns, and gift tax returns. Additional service areas of expertise include rental real estate, residential and commercial properties, construction companies, and other professional individuals.
Garth was with Regardie, Brooks & Lewis for 12 years, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2015.
He provides tax preparation, consulting, auditing, and accounting services to individuals, and small to medium sized privately owned businesses. Garth understands the entrepreneurial spirit and small businesses owners as he spent many years in the banking industry prior to becoming a CPA, serving the deposit and lending needs of small business owners.
Garth is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Greater Washington Society of Public Accountants (GWSCPA). He is a former board member of the Washington Episcopal School Board of Trustees, also serving as a member of the finance committee. Additionally, he has also served as a board member for the River Falls Community Center Association (RFCCA) as the treasurer.

Garth earned a B.S. in Business Management from Pennsylvania State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the States of Maryland and Virginia. He is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
