Douglas Dowling is a partner in the firm’s Bethesda office, bringing a broad depth of tax and accounting experience. He has extensive experience in financial and tax planning issues, including partnership taxation and federally subsidized housing audit and tax matters.
Since 1988, Douglas served as an officer and a shareholder at Regardie, Brooks & Lewis, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2015.
Douglas serves the needs of the firm's real estate clients, as well as others, including professional firms, closely-held businesses, not-for-profits, and individual clients.
Douglas has also served for many years on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of both the Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing and Arlington Free Clinic, and presently volunteers his time on their Finance Committees. Douglas has served in prior years on the Board of Arlington County Chamber of Commerce, including its Executive Committee and has served Arlington County in the past on the County Board’s Fiscal Affairs Advisory Committee.
Education & Licenses
Douglas earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland.
