Dmitry Bogdashevsky, JD, LLM, CPA
Dmitry Bogdashevsky is a tax partner with 18 years experience in international taxation. He advises clients in implementing and maintaining transfer pricing policies and managing the U.S. documentation process. Dmitry’s focus areas include business reorganizations, inbound and outbound international tax planning, transfer pricing, expatriate tax, and tax controversies.
Dmitry was a partner in the firm MGI Repetti LLP, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2014.
Dmitry holds a wealth of knowledge across various industries, including shipping and freight forwarding, financial services, publishing, manufacturing and distribution, real estate development, and internet advertising. He is an expert in identifying clients’ intercompany pricing issues and conducting transfer pricing studies. He also advises high net worth individuals and their families on tax planning and wealth preservation strategies.
Dmitry is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), and the New York State Bar Association.
Education & Licenses
Dmitry earned his LLM in Taxation from NYU School of Law and his JD from Fordham University School of Law. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Queens College with a dual degree in accounting and economics. Dmitry has been a member of the New York Bar since 2001 and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. He is also fluent in Russian.
