Arnold Herrmann is a partner with nearly three decades of experience in the areas of business management, wealth management, and tax compliance and reporting. As the firm’s Entertainment, Music & Sports Group co-practice leader, he serves as an advisor to high-profile individuals whose professional and personal lives require a sophisticated level of attention.
Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Arnie was a senior managing director at a financial consulting and business management firm.
For four consecutive years, Arnie has been named on The Hollywood Reporter's 'Top 25 Most Powerful Business Managers' list as well as having been named on Variety's 'Business Managers Elite' list. Arnie is widely known for his expertise in resolving the financial and business complexities of high-profile individuals in entertainment, as well as maintaining and building their wealth.
Arnie often serves as the point person in his clients’ financial lives, from negotiating business transactions, to implementing estate and charitable giving plans, to spearheading many other tax and accounting strategies.
Arnie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). He currently serves as Secretary and Treasurer for the Board of Directors of the MusiCares Foundation Inc., an affiliated charity of The Recording Academy (GRAMMY), which provides critical assistance for music people in financial, medical, and personal emergencies, and Treasurer for the Irving Penn Foundation. In his local community, he is a Trustee and Treasurer of Jenna’s Rainbow Foundation, which is dedicated to children and families battling brain and spinal cord tumors.

Arnie earned his B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
