Darrell K. B. Giles Joins Citrin Cooperman’s Philadelphia Office

Citrin Cooperman is pleased to announce that Darrell K. B. Giles, CPA has joined the firm’s Philadelphia office as an audit partner.  Giles has over 30 years of experience providing audit and tax services to Fortune 1000 companies, not-for-profit, government, and cultural organizations.

Giles provides audits, due diligence, and agreed-upon procedures, and has provided business advisement services to private and public sector clients.  His experience also includes regulatory filings, employee benefit audits, business operation reviews, and internal audit support.  Additionally, he provides audit, tax, and business advisory services to community-based healthcare entities.

Giles received a B.S. in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.  Giles is a certified public accountant licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, District of Columbia, State of New York and the State of New Jersey.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and National Association of Black Accountants, Inc..  Additionally, he is a board member and chairman of the finance committee of United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.
