Citrin Cooperman Pilots New Business Alliance to Enhance Service Capabilities of Member Accounting Firms

New York (SEP 14, 2016) – Citrin Cooperman, the 21st largest accounting, tax, and business consulting firm in the United States, announced today the pilot of a new program – the Citrin Cooperman Business Alliance. The Firm will offer a variety of technical services, continuing professional education, and soft skills training to CPA Firms to help them maintain clients, grow connections, and improve overall profitability.

Alliance members range from mid-size, regional CPA firms to small boutique firms and private practices throughout the United States.  Citrin Cooperman will offer services under four key areas, including:
  • Citrin Cooperman University (CCU): CCU has a wide array of training for professionals offering both a technical track for core audit, tax, and other industry and accounting updates, and a soft skills training track for leadership, business, and personal development.
  • Marketing Consulting: Provide a robust menu of marketing services to help members build and maintain brand position in their markets.
  • Infrastructure Support: Provides members with access to resources that can assist with consulting or more hands-on support for a variety of internal operations including risk management, information technology, and human resources.
  • Technical Support for Specialty Services: Members can access a broad range of technical resources that can assist with providing support in areas such as audit quality control, international tax, valuations, litigation support, state and local tax, transaction advisory services, technology consulting, etc.
